Finishing up a nice quote I have been working on all morning - $65K worth. Confident I will land it, but as they say "You never know 'till you get the PO" Booney circa 2018.

This quote coming back for changes and revisions to spec. Now its a $87K job. Nice Garry!

I review project documents, do a "take off" of what I can offer on those documents, assemble the quote and send off to the contractors tendering the project. I've just completed THE biggest take off I've done in my 10+ years in the job. Not the biggest dollar value, but the biggest by way of man hours spent taking off the items. Huge. Pretty much spent most of the week on it, a nudge under $600k with all of the gear specified with our name on it.

Won't know until the new year, but pretty optimistic about this one having been involved with the design team since 2016..... ;)
