Customer is in NZ.
320 kg of product manufactured in our USA factory.
800kg of product manufactured here.

$8k for just over a tonne?

Seems high.

It’s international freight, you have to declare the value of the goods.
Also it’s not surface freight, time does not allow

We spend over $400k per year on local, national and international freight, some bills are $15k or more across a project.

Move a 1.2m3 pallet from end of the country to the other with costs, fuel, GST you're well over $500 then allow admin, carrying the debt etc.

I need to start charging you more for freight.

Get the deliveries right the first time and you'll start making more money.

I would take care with my new friend if a hungry bird was eyeing him off like that. Although I s'pose if the worst happens you can just grab another one out of the container.

The lads I brew my beers with have organised some tours of various regional brewery's in a 12 seater bus one of their customers owns. One is through the Barossa, one in the hills, one down south, yesterday was the first walking tour of the CBD scene.

We started at NOLA in the East end. With 16 beers on tap there really is something for everyone. I went with a Libation Army "Gentle Upheaval" 3.8% session ale. Like most session ales, bit fruity, bit sweet, I like it. A lot.

Went to a Moondog "Splice of Heaven" 6.8% and 60 IBU yes, it was just like the pine-lime ice cream. It was ******* delicious.

Next stop was to be the British, unfortunately closed on a Sunday so a couple of Coopers Session Ales at the Exeter. I think one of Coopers' best decisions in recent years to add the Session Ale. A winner for mine.

Next stop around onto Grenfell St and a cool little place, Roxies, right next to the Crown and Anchor. Kicked off with a Goose Island "Goose IPA", at 5.9% and 55 IBU this one had some more punch to it. Classic IPA, bold, gutsy. Nice.

Finished off there with a 4 Pines American Amber Ale, a bit lighter at 4.1% and 37 IBU this is right in my wheel house. Tasty all day brew.

I hopped on a tram to the train station, on the train to Outer Harbor and Mrs Boon hops aboard at Alberton station heading down to the street fair at Semaphore.

Strolled down to the Sweet Amber Cafe where some friends had a table outside. Here a few ( I think ) Cleansing Ale's, 4.7%, 30 IBU, perfect beer garden beer, perfect beer garden weather, perfect beer garden!

All in all, cracking day and the best news is I fronted up in really good order this morning!
