I follow no other sports, no other league, and no other team. Once the Bays are out I merely sit on a park bench, staring into space and drooling to myself, until the footy starts up again.

Played lawn bowls for the last couple of years but having a break this year.
Looking forward to stage B of my fitness campaign after letting it lull in the last month and a bit with all the travel Ive been doing.
Will be hitting the weights big time! Being a computer programmer by day I enjoy doing some physical stuff out of work hours. Already lost 20kgs this year, would like to lose another 10 but that will depend on how much more muscle I put on. My home gym is outside in the patio so looking forward to the warmer weather.
Also looking forward to paying some bills and debts off!

Yes this seems to be the up and coming thing to do.

I am involved in more ways than one with Lawn Bowls and I can tell you that in clubs all over SA Night Owls has become so popular that clubs have more players than they have vacancies.

It's a great night out.

O:)

A MUM, which club are you involved with?
I played at Adelaide Airport bt were 'between' clubrooms at the moment due to IKEA kicking us out. This season we're playing out of Underdale (but I wont be) and hopefully the year after will be playing out of Adelaide Shores.

I used to engage in a bit of scrapbooking when I was a teenager, mum wasn't too thrilled when she found the book though.

Hi Wedgie, we are involved with a country club, I don't play personally but the rest of my family do.

I didn't realise that there was one at Adelaide Airport... I only knew of Lockleys Bowling club down that way.

At the moment we (SA) have sent teams to Halekulani in NSW to try and bring home medals from the Australian Junior Championships.

Fingers crossed they come home with a medal or two [-o<

For me, cricket is even more a passion than football. I change my colours from red, white and blue to blue and gold as soon as Sunday is over! Go the mighty Eags!
