At http://www.emco.is they offer a nice range of useful free utilities including a "Photo Resizer" - at least they did last time I looked.

there is also an option on Photoshop editor (well the photoshop type programme on my pc) that enables the resollution to come down for using just as an electronic image. hope this helps.

For resizing pics I use Easy Thumbnails

Open it in Paint

Check out the attributes

If say 100 x 200, go to resize and reduce both by 50%

If say 150 x 300 go to resize and reduce both by 67%

If the pixels are 50 and you need to get that down, reduce it all by 50% to get under the 26

etc etc etc

If in trouble, PM it to me and I will do it for you (but if it's good, I might just keep it
