Ok this is the second time on this product.First time around it wasn't my arthritis(in my knee) playing up but a muscle problem so it didn't work.
So after 2 months with a foot problem (yes I'm slow going to the doctor) thinking it was a heel spur playing up I bit the bullet.I saw my doc had an xray he said yep big spur but the area that is causing pain is caused by arthritis.
So just taken my first 2 tablets (an hour ago) I can walk without a limp shoeless .Yippeeeeee.I have put my moulded inserts back in my shoes after years without wearing them and they kind of helped but this is helping yipeeee.

So after the nureofon post any long term affects with taking these things .
No knee pain no foot pain finally I can walk with out a limp !!!!!!! I should add that's in different legs ;)

From memory, I think they are simply 665mg of paracetamol per dose instead of the usual 500mg per tablet.
You just need to remember to not exceed 4000mg per 24 hours.
