Don't think I'm really addicted to anything.

Used to be nicotine but gave that up without a problem.

If anything it would probably be 'lists' I make lists for everything...shopping, packing, sightseeing you name it and I do think life is very pointless if you don't have some plan on the go...can be anything from what I'm going to cook next week to my 'road trip' plans. But then my entire career revolved around lists and planning things in detail so probably more out of habit than an addiction.
