THE traditional backyard shed is a retreat for blokes, the ideal spot to have a beer and a place where retirees can keep busy.

But the corrugated iron space is not valued by South Australian women.

No sh*t?

I'm not really a shed kind of guy.
Do it yourself is not really my thing - I did make a chopping board once (year eight tech) but every other project turns to shit.

I do have a bar in my games room, where all of my cd, vinyls, books and sporting memorabilia is kept. That is my haven.

However, for blokes that are good with their hands* I can see why a shed would be such a great place. I envy you blokes that have a shed and the skills to do stuff in it besides keep your nudie mags and drink beer.
