moving out of my unit and back to the olds place and instead of messing around with the end of lease clean im considering paying someone to do a PROFESSIONAL job, anyone have any contacts in this industry? would be great if they did carpet steam cleaning aswell?

i can give you a contact for a carpet clean, but you will need someone else to look after the rest

The renting agents usually have someone they use when necessary, and they will usually not quibble about the job if you use them.

that's the way we do it. ask them who they recommend, and use them, as they would usually know what the agent expects.
