But...
I feel that things like this are not just relevant to one day.
Depression/anxiety etc, etc is unfortunately a big part of every day life -
We all know someone if not ourselves who have been or are going through this.
So just thought I'd post up this website - which appears to be very good.
And if you click on the 'I need help now' icon it gives you a list of phone numbers etc.
