If it's under 22° it's too cold.

If it's over 23° you're menopausal.

Are you in here?

The controller is nearest to me, one woman keeps changing it from the 22 that I have it set on, she bumped all the controllers up to 26 yesterday and wondered why everyone went boonta.

I was thinking about the Modbury Footy Club.

My son did the one at Hope Valley twice.
Michael is a fantastic coach for the kids and they all love him.
My son still runs up at high fives him whenever we see him around the place.

As part of a green spirit committee, they have put laminated cards on each AC controller in the company with instructions for 25deg for cooling and 21deg for heating.

Interesting, it makes sense though as 22 and cool is a bit chilly.

I set it to 22 (heat), the chick went near the controller and I shoo'd her away, she then said "I just want you to try 22 and heat", win/win.

No, but she would've been good enough, she was a gun.

Does a lot of behind the scenes work to get the women's footy up and running.

She crushed her foot playing a few years ago, really badly, she was making a comeback this season as was going to play for Central District but fell pregnant so footy has taken an adjournment.

I'd love to see her playing again, she played in the first women's game I umpired and dobbed one about a minute in from about 45.

It freaked me out as I was only expecting 20-25 metre kicks and a sluggish game.

A family member has given me some Stillnox to try for help with sleep. I don’t know much about these other than many AFL players take (or took) them, and there was some pretty negative publicity about them in the early days. Anyone here used them and are they safe? TIA

Melatonin is good for sleep.
IPA or other hoppy beers are also good.
I cant help with your question on stillnox though

Can make dreams really intense though, which unfortunately wakes me up so I don't get a decent sleep.

I started taking Swisse Ultiboost Sleep a while back if I had a couple of rough nights in a row, they don't knock me out but they help me get longer blocks of sleep in.

Can't help on the Stillnox mate.
