I just want an 1800mm spirit level delivered from Beverley to Plympton, not 4 tonnes of goods delivered from Darwin to Adelaide.

Why do I have to wait nearly 2 weeks?

Well, you don't, you could go and get it. ;)

Or call a courier company, and organise a same day courier.

Im sure you could pay by credit card. Would be $20-$30.

Get it delivered to work. Thats what I do to avoid being told no one is home.

This year Ive had a new mattress, and a new TV delivered here.

Dont get me started on Winc.

Came in, gave me a big spiel about being the cheapest in stationary, yadda yadda. I spend my precious time organising a product list of what we buy.

They come back with a quote with every single item a fair bit more expensive than what we pay.

Our next meeting got rescheduled to a "phone meeting" where we said our final goodbyes.
Winc, arrived at one of our sites. They had gone to the Client entrance. Security directed them around to the Security office through the main building entrance. They simply ignored it, went back to van and gone....
All caught on CCTV.
I complained, every order was wrong. At one stage I thought it was just us, until my manager at time said it was happening all over Australia.
NFI why we put up with them for so long.

Mrs had issues with a courier mob, startrak I think.
They left a note on the computer tracking system saying noone was home.....when at the time my Mrs was on the phone to the Melb depot where its its there HQ...and I was watching tv in the lounge and noone came!!! She went nuts!!![emoji16]

Has anyone driven through Horsham recently? I need to know if the annoying roadworks on the Adelaide side are still going.

*Edit - normally I'd ask folks in Horsham - but if I do that it means everyone will know I'm going and will ark up if I dont go and visit

Firstly, I already paid some dipshit to deliver it so I’m not paying another one.

And secondly, how did you get the mattress home?

We have large furniture store near us, I bought a king size mattress from there but they wanted $90 for delivery. I walked home, 5 minutes, grabbed my two wheel trolley and walked it home up the street. Got some odd looks but saved me $90 :D

Only dropped it 4 times and put 6 holes in it but I’m sure it was worth it! ;)

I’m too big and strong to drop it. Got home in one piece, not even a hole in the plastic

$90 is two cartons I saved

You will need those to pay out your footy bets next season again.
