Yes, I’ve got 4 if you need. I can drop them down around ‘ahem’ beer o’clock one weekend soon...

Just have the bacon and eggs ready?

Alrighty.. one more question then - has anyone experienced issues in the past with trouble adjusting the speed of one wheel?

Currently one of our wheels goes full bore the moment it's switched on and I cant adjust it down... a couple of times after I've left it for a bit or fed some balls in it slows down to the speed it's set at, but then soon after winds back up again.

How are you powering it?

Have a power box that we had installed next to our nets - regular 240v

Hmmm, I had to get a heavy duty extension cord when we used it, I think that was mainly because it was like 90 metres though.

Really dumb question, but how do recycling yards make their money.

They obviously give us money for the bottles and cans. They obviously pay staff wages. Who do they on-sell the bottles etc to so that they make their money.

They're trading in aluminium which is a valuable commodity, I can only assume they work on the weight of the material being worth more than the 10c per can they give us.

Scrap steel, nobody makes money.

Dude that owns the Pooraka one seems to do alright out of it judging by his cars.

I can't believe what they give you for certain types of metal, and that's with me getting ripped off.

I worked at an engineering firm for a while and the owner was an absolute prick of a man, he had the shits with me over nothing one day and ordered me to sort through and categorise the off-cut shed while it was pissing down with rain.

I sorted it alright, there were bronze, copper, brass, bronze alloy and titanium billets buried in there that no one would have even remembered putting there, not to mention all the stainless and aluminium.

The shed was very well organised after that.

I assume the recyclers get reimbursed the 10c and then profit from the weight of material.

Does anyone know of any retail stores that stock Adelaide Bite merch?

Need a couple of jerseys for the weekend, but don't want to risk online and their shipping times.
