As was just reported, 5AA (and more to the point Bob Francis) has just been found guilty in court of "contempt of court" and "perverting the course of justice".
The sentence for the station will be handed down on Friday week.
While you can't condone speaking about cases before the court, comment negatively about Government officials or Government appointed officials at your peril!

This time, 'Fattie' told listeners to "smash the judges face in" after the magistrate agreed to hear a bail application.

Never mind that magistrates must, by law, give consideration to all bail applications.
