Weight Lose substances

Hey Guys

Just wanting to know if anyone on here has had good/bad experiences with weight lose substances, a female at my work is using one at the moment and has had great results, i took one of these this morning and still at this stage am not hungry so might be a good thing, any feeback would be great.

Na mate its wasnt blue it was red and no it did not have a mitsushi logo on it

The problem with this scenario is if this becomes a daily habit you will slow your metabolism considerably, which is obviously not what you want.

Seriously, eat a balanced diet and if you want to lose weight, increase your output so it's higher than your input. Eat smaller meals and in between them eat a handful of almonds or an apple or something to keep your metabolism ticking over.

im just looking to lose 5 to 8kgs and its a touch difficult being on the rehab path after an opperation so cant set my self an everyday work out path as there is always set backs and time between workouts are needed to ensure the quickest recovery, just looking for a bit of a head start

get diabetes, apparently if u dont take ur insulin u lose weight so that might be an option.

I lose about 500g every day at about 5.15pm.

Nope. Not when I can help it. Same with school.
Mind you, heard if you go at work once a day (15mins), every day of the year, you get about a week worth of pay a year for being on the toilet.
Revenge for all those non-smokers really if you're trying to justify it.
