Heard there's a rumour going round that a decent sized building company (mainly based on the eastern seaboard) may pull out of SA in the foreseeable future.

Commercial or residential??

Residential in SA, they've got plenty of irons in the fire interstate.

This builder wouldn't happen to have head office in Melbourne would it? Yet another interstate builder who didn't want to understand the Adelaide market and try to 'impose' itself to SA and force Adelaide to accept the new way....

Correct weight.[/quote]Its eastern states thinking here in SA. I have seen plenty come over a d yry to bully there way through the market in man different areas. It just doesnt work because Adelaide is so small that everyone knows someone who knows someone you know.
