For all the master chef wannabees around the place what are some really good reciepes out there that you make?

I just tried this recipe myself, its a creamy mushroom garlic chicken.

The sauce was the most incredible sauce i have tried and was so easy to make. Definatly recommend trying the sauce.

The chicken wasnt the greatest cooked in the oven but i will definatly be using the sauce recipe to make other dishes.

Very simple dish WHUFC.
but, i have had similar sauce and it is nice.

Yep simple dishes are great,

i hope this thread can have a mixture of simple and complicated dishes that cater for all us chefs at every level.
