Memories!

Creating Payment Summaries
Once the final pays for the financial year have been processed for your employees the payment summaries can then be created. To create an Individual Non Business Payment Summary:
1) Select Employees menu > Process Payment Summaries…..
2) Select the financial year you wish to create the payment summaries for in the ‘Tax Year’ field.
3) In the ‘Payment Summaries’ field select ‘INB Payment Summaries’.
4) Tick the employees listed you wish to create payment summaries for.
5) Click the ‘Review’ button.
The Review screen will display each employee’s INB Payment Summary, employee details and amounts can be checked here.
6) Review the payment summary, click ‘Next’ when you’re ready to review the next payment summary.
7) Click ‘Ok’ once all payment summaries have been reviewed.
This willtake you back to the ‘Process Payment Summaries’ screen.
8.) Click ‘Print’.
9) Select the printer you wish to print to in the ‘Print Payment Summaries’ screen and click ‘Print’. The payment summaries will now print.
10) A ‘Notice to Payee’ script must be given to employees with their payment summary. Quicken Stationary by Forms Express can supply Payment Summaries with the ‘Notice To Payee’ script preprinted on the reverse side.
Alternatively this scripting could be obtained from the following link: http://www.quicken.com.au/library/pdf/NoticeToPayee.pdf

Im having trouble. Step 1, cant find - Process Payment Summaries.

Is a 'payment Summary' that has name and the info (gross wage/tax/employer contributions) on it the same as a a group certificate?
I can get that up.

In the version I have ( 2011-2012 ), the procedure is;
File
Print Forms
Payment Summaries ( the new name for what us old timers called group certificates)
