Soft Cell weren't quite a one-hit wonder and Marc Almond went on to do lots of things, including duetting with Gene Pitney!

Worst songs in this category are usually played at weddings. God, why are weddings always such cliches? Dancing Queen, American Pie, anything by the Village People, Nutbush, Celebration et.al make me wanna puke. We have a music/arts teacher at my school who thinks she's really funky but she teaches the kids to dance to all these crap oldies thus perpetuating the crapness for another generation. Boo!

But far, far the worst of all....Paradise by the Dashboard Light. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm starting to think the reason you hang onto this memory is for your own purposes?

Anyone watch that hopeless 50 Years show on 9 last night. Johnny Farmham's mullet should have been stuffed and put in the National Museum. Forgot how amazingly bad it was. That and the knitted cardies he wore on stage!

I've had a song going through my head all day:

"The friendly pirate ship is rocking on the sea, rocking on the sea, rocking on the sea..."

Curse those bloody Wiggles...
Clowns OUT. Smears OUT. RESIST THE OCCUPATION.
