I drank it down at Robe over Easter and it wasn’t too bad.

Normally don’t like the fruitier beers but this wasn’t too bad.

It was a bit like the Coopers session ale but better.

Not a fan at all of furphy. Just doesnt taste right to me.

amber_fluid wrote:Yeah it’s definitely brewed in Geelong but isnt that where little creatures is brewed?

Little creatures is originally from Fremantle, but have opened a second brewery in geelong (and thats when furphy was released)
All owned by lion nathan anyway

There you go, all sorted.
You normally like those fruity beers Benny?

in general yes - coopers session ale is awesome. but it didnt really taste that fruity, more of a lager taste for mine.

Thought Furphy's Refreshing Ale was rubbish.

Really enjoying NEIPA style beers at the moment. Jedi Juice the pick of them.

Sells out quick once it hits the shelves. When I was in Melbourne in Feb I bought a freshly tinned slab back with me.

Circle of friends.

My mate started a Facebook group called "I am drinking beer", and we just post photos of whatever beer we're drinking to see what's going around.

I'm still devastated they replaced the Swindler Summer Ale with the Tropical Pale but it's still pretty good.
