Instead of taking his partner out for a nice meal and helps her pick off of the menu, instead he stays home and forces her to cook him a meal. Then makes her do the dishes after while he has a nap on the couch.

We eat out most of the time.
I have never had the need to select things for her as she knows what she wants better than anyone else.
I couldn't imagine directing a partner what to do because I disrespected her so much thinking I'm superior, in fact I would never want to be with a woman I felt like that about anyway.

Jeez, if you heard how I talk to my Mrs in the Maccas drive thru when we're entering the 8th minute of looking at the menu board, I'd be put away for spousal abuse.

If that was the case wouldn't you download the menu before you went to the restaurant and give her plenty of time to decide what she truly wants?

My missus has dietary requirements so I do that as a matter of course.

Happy to always be in a minority mate. ;)
Definitely not related to Morrell but we have both spent a bit of time at Mitchell Park during varying eras. Maybe Mitsubishi infected the soil there! ;)

I could give her 4 years, 7 months, 6 days and 3 hours to choose and she'd still not have enough time to make up her mind.

It's best if I choose for her, it really is! ;)

Can't she download it herself? It's basically keeping her on a leash and treating her as sub human. I'd never be so rude or disrespectful to download something for my wife of nearly 20 years. I don't see myself as superior to her or treat he like she's some sort of techno idiot.

Each to their own I guess.

I take my missus into maccas as she can only have big macs without buns but at least we don't hold anyone up.
Luckily it's a once a year thing on the way to Melbourne.
