Yeah mate, I've been in a new role for just over a year and it's caught up with me.

The long weekends that we just had I kinda wasted with having a lay in and binge watching, it was nice to catch up on some rest but if the lads car didn't stuff up then I would've been able to do something proper.

We're pretty well under the pump at work but I've gotta sneak a break in before the pre-Christmas onslaught.

Sweet.

I haven't had leave since Christmas 2020, I am totally drained mentally, have to hoist my sorry arse out of bed each morning but have re-commenced going to the gym before and after work.

I have my birthday next Tuesday and then I'm off to Port Vincent from Wednesday to Sunday, Monday off, Tuesday a Cup Day off and the Wednesday to recover, Geez do I need it.

JETTY AND WHARF CLOSURES
The Ardrossan Jetty will be partially closed (restricting access to the end) to the public from Monday, 24 October, for about seven days for repair.
Following completion of the Ardrossan Jetty repairs, the Port Vincent wharf will also be closed for repairs.
It is hoped these repairs will be completed no later than 8 November
