Thank you, well I gave it my best shot, they focused on facets that I wasn't expecting so I had to act quick and smart, I drove it home well though when it came to my question time.

Is it 4.30pm yet?

Back at work :( but weirdly the time off felt more than 2 weeks. All of the above went to plan, except for the recovery as I ended up doing Mad Monday, cracking day!

Port Hughes was magnificent as usual, love that place.

Well it's been two weeks now, almost to the minute, haven't heard a thing, neither has another bloke that went for it.

Admittedly, I was away all last week and the GM was away from last Wednesday and returned Tuesday.

I don't know whether I should confront them about it or concede defeat and tell them that I want a backward move and seek a position on the factory floor in order to take a different path to a managerial role.

It was probably one of my biggest mistakes in life when I left the floor to pursue an office job, a lot of blokes are on over $160K with the overtime on offer continually, I'd have to get used of rotating shifts though.

Looking forward to a golf day piss up tomorrow at North Adelaide tomorrow morning. Knocking off at 2pm this arvo and driving to town and dropping my car off at a mates joint. Heading straight to the Hilton for a few beers before going into town for a feed at BBQ City followed by a big night no doubt.
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep
Have you ever seen a man eat his own head?
No
Well you haven't seen everything then have you.
