So dodged the Covid...…..not sure how.

2 guests came to our house unknowingly having it..... neither me and the partner nor the other friend and partner caught it despite having shared platters, shots, sharing darts (the game), cricket bats (backyard cricket).

Still have to spend NYE in iso but that's absolutely fine with me.

No more domestic border restrictions to SA, free for all.
International arrivals no quarantine and just PCR on arrival, unvaxxed still need 14 days quarantine

Yes. Border checkpoints being removed and airport staff packing up as we speak.
Can just rock up on a aircraft and walk in, no need to even do the entry check application anymore

I'm not sure we can class the unvaxxed as human anymore

These surging case numbers would seem to suggest the face decoration is pretty useless against Omicron.

As my doctor said:
“Don’t forget to wear your comfort blankets – covid virus is 100 times smaller than the holes in a surgical mask and can be 50000 times smaller than the holes in a cloth mask.”

If you can small a fart with your mask on; you’re screwed

Well if he said that he would be one bad at maths and two guilty of spreading misinformation.

If you can smell a fart and it isn't yours then your not in good spot regardless.

Mythical Creature wrote:I had a test today at pt. Augusta on way home from holidays. Sore throat yesterday, runny nose today. Should be fine feels like a normal cold, but thought I better get tested as I've been around 14 or 15 family members all week.
Was about 20 people lining up for rapid testing to work at Roxby, I was the only one there for a normal test. Done in about 5 minutes whilst the kids and Mrs sat in the car.

**** it. Positive. WTF!
I feel 100% now.
