Nutritional Values

Does the nutritional value of an egg change when it's boiled?
What are the comparisons between the various ways of preparing eggs?

Eggceptionally good nutritous food.

Never fry or scramble eggs PUNKY.
Heat will destroy lecithin, will overoxidise yolk fat, causing these nasty
pricks called free radicals to form.
Fried eggs = cholesterol= obesity etc.
Lecithin reduces cholesterol
Strongly suggest boiled eggs for fat people like you punk.

Next point try the free range eggs, other chooks might be fed genetically modified feeds
like soya meal.

A study done by a Dr Douglas of 800,000 people showed that regular egg eaters have much lower rates of Heart disease and Strokes then non egg eaters [eggcellent]

PUNKY a lot off eggs are now free range or organic, fed on grass and natural foods.
A decade ago about 90% of eggs were factory or battery eggs.

1 large boiled egg 59 grams
---------------------------------

kjs 373
fibre 0
protien 7-8g
carb 0.2g
saturated fat 1.9k[not yours on a saturday hight punky]
total fat 6.4 g
cholesterol 253mg
soduim 73 mg

1 egg supplies between 10-15% of recommended daily intake of
Niacin/Ribofalvin/Folate/Vit A [eggstra good]

MAL RATING 8-5 unless you have high cholesterol then check with
an authorised medical practitioner for advice.

I get mine from a neighbour who has chooks, so they are fed on grain & food scraps.
