Surely the builder will take care of that, you're paying for them to build your house, I'd just let them do their job and reply when needed to opposed to drawing attention to anything until you see obvious flaws in their work.

Surely the builder will take care of that, you're paying for them to build your house, I'd just let them do their job and reply when needed to opposed to drawing attention to anything until you see obvious flaws in their work.
Its from the neighbours house build though... ours hasn't started yet.

They'll normally have the the ol' corflu sign up somewhere showing who the builder is.
