Thanks for the link to that site mal, to tell you the truth its a bit technical for me.....how much of what is in Subway's breads aren't in normal white bread we buy from the supermarket. And also, in your opinion, which of the breads at Subway are the healthiest or are they all equally unhealthy?

Deli style breads have about 30+ ingredients.
One of the first ingredients is High Fructose Syrup.

HFS is derived from corn starch= fructose = sucrose[or similar]
MIGHT CAUSE
gas
skin rashes
astsma
hyperactivity

Is considered GMO

In the wraps I noticed an old friend L Cysteine which is e920 which
is chicken feathers and or aniMAL hair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! [harmless]
Also Calcuim Propionate e282 its a preservative which has had adverse publicityand many alledged side effects.[avoid]
Might be a cause for problems in kids [hyperactivity]

Truth of the matter GWW is Im not a scientest and rely on websites and books for knowledge
Suggest you search each ingredient individually.
But the long + short is many suspicious ingredients , and I dont wanna trust them.

One thing I noticed on the Fraudway site is they wont name
ingredients by numbers [e numbers] but by name[to make it difficult for
consumers to identify the ingredient?]

There is a suggestion that sugar is added to breads in the junk food industry and
might be addictive to taste and the consumer wants more.
Invert sugars/dexsrose/syrups etc are some sugars.

My advice tread warily on all breads sold by junk/food outlets.
