well i ventured down to maccas on thursday night after dinner to get a couple of sundaes for dessert.

go through the drive-thru, order and pay, drive upto the next window where the girl basically chucks the sundaes at me with two knives, not bothering with a cardboard holder for the sundae. and then runs off to do something else.

I sit at the window and wave the knives around 'how do i eat my sundae with these? ' and one girl looked at me but no-one even bothered to come to the window.

Drove home and rang up, spoke to the manager and just told him about the disgraceful customer service that i have just suffered.

he asks what he can do to make up for it, and i mention that i dont think there is anything that can be done, im completely flabbergasted at the poor level of customer service and that i wont be going back to his store or any other store. I WAS giving him the opportunity to make an offer in order to make up for the stuff up but that never happened.

RONALD is now on the BAN LIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i realise that, but i wanted to see what the d***head was made of and was waiting to see if he made an offer.

I could have said a year supply of LARGE DOUBLE QUARTER POUNDER value meals on A DAILY BASIS!!!!!!!! and been dead in 9 months
