Reasonably heavy rain down at the Pat and SES sending additional crews to stand by for next half hour.

The Pat is the discharge point for the numbered creeks in the eastern suburbs (incl Waterfall Gully), plus the Keswick, Brownhill and Sturt Creeks. This run-off converges to the Pat combining with the local rainfall.

No reports of minor flooding in Adelphi Tce at this point.

Most reports to SES coming through from the Gawler area, limited reports from elsewhere in metro Adelaide at this point.

Seems to have died down a bit now. I reckon there would have been at least 6-700 lightning strikes in the last half hour

It does but have you seen what's behind this front on the BoM radar Macca? Much more to follow!

SES currently P1 to Queenstown - man in wheelchair trapped in house by rising water.

Some problems being reported in the Adelaide Hills (Lobethal) and also from West Beach through to Pt Adelaide.

Lighter rain here at present.

Did someone mention that Brett Lee has retired today?

Some lightning nearby - one strike in the park across the road - about 10 minutes ago, with a small shower.
