Not sure what newspaper it is (how many are there in Sydney?), but I heard last night that one of Sydneys newspapers today was completely written by the newspapers management as the journos have gone on strike. Would be interested to hear from anyone from Sydney if it is different than the regular journo written paper?

Happens occasionally.

I've heard the strike in Sydney was happening. It would be interesting to see how it read. I'd suggest many of the reports would've been written by former journos who've moved into management.

The ABC recently had its radio news bulletins read by management as a result of a strike.
Was very funny hearing regular voices doing the news.
I'm not sure what happened on the tv bully that night - but I think that may have been read by management too.

Its the two Fairfax Newspapers. Senior management wants to merge the two editing departments and cutting 35 jobs in the process
