In my line of work, it seems a prerequisite to drink regular cups of coffee.
But noooo, suddenly there's variations to coffee that i can't pronounce.
I don't traditionally drink a lot of coffee, so i know so very little about the complex world of coffee and it's variations, uses, and subtle taste differences.
What's your favourite coffee, describe it, and how it is made and what the freakin hell it does for you that basic international roast doesn't do!
Anecdotes of how coffee can get you laid are also encouraged.

I've never been a coffee drinker. But in the past year I've started getting into it a bit.

Had a reallllly nice capuchino at a place called The Roastery (I think) in Hahndorf yesterday. Very nice.

Also, Loxton's Country Bakehouse does a really nice late now too.

As I said, I've only started drinking coffee in the past year.
A favourite is probably one that's brought to me and I don't have to ask for - which occasionally happens!

My wife also makes me a really nice capuchino every now and again - best for when I'm hungover.

How often you drink a coffee?
Does it exceed one a day?

i usually have about four a day.

but that tastes like dishwater!

Oh god that is disgusting.
Mum has a coffee machine, payed 3000 for it.
Regular cappucino's before i moved out.
But i can still drink the fake stuff, just choose not to drink it at all.

My favourite coffee in the Cibo blend which is actually made by Rio, Vittoria is also a fav

Long black for me. No sugar, no milk, no pooncey almond essences, whipped cream or chocolate sprinkles. Just a nice strong espresso shot, watered down a little to make it more than a couple of sips. Coffee the way it was meant to be drunk.

For the hyper-adventurous, I recommend a bag of Haigh's chocolate coated coffee beans. Gotta be Haigh's (the Darrell Lea product is inferior), and gotta be the dark-chocolate variant. 50 percent sugar and 50 percent caffeine, it's the closest a legal substance comes to being high-grade amphetamines. I challenge anyone to eat a whole bag of those and sit still afterwards...

Now there's a piece of information i might follow through on!

I like all coffee - depends what I've eaten (if anything) and what I feel like at the time.

I really do like a Macchiato as it hits the spot. Sometimes I have a macchiato with a bit extra milk and a "white chocolate" shot. It's very much like a Tirra Misu (sp?) with the extremely bitter coffee and extremely sweet white chocolate.

I also like different places. I go to La Vida on Pirie Street as it's closer to work, but sometimes go to Latte Fix on Gawler Place, or Hudsons.. (which moved, damnit).

Instant compared to good quality is like having Pram lady when you could have Jennier Hawkins.
