Sheds/Garages

I'm looking to put in a shed/garage at the rear of the house.
I have got some prices from Olympic Garages and Basic Steel Supplies.
Olympic were pathetic with their service but cheaper than BSS. BSS were more expensive but offered better service.
Surely there must be someone out there in SA Footy land that has recently put a shed in and got good value and service, or knows someone who does so?
For info, I'm in Mitcham council area and need a Category 2 (windspeed) and colourbond shed. Size between 4 and 6 m in width, 6 and 8 m in length and 2.7m high with roller door, personal access door, window, skylights x 2 and I'm looking to leave a concrete pad (approx 2m) at the rear (ie as part of the slab) to enable a rainwater tank to be added in the future to capture run-off from the shed.
Can anyone help?

This time last year Qlympic were selling the garages, grabbing the deposit, & delivering the goods. Only problem was that the installers were very thin on the ground & the wait was ginourmous.

try calling Stratco they seem to sell just about anything.
also if you are in Mitcham be prepared to wait along time for approval. Today at work I gave one of their employees a serve in the building department. If nothing is done on Monday lookout Mitcham council. I am still at uni and I already new more than he did the twit

Years ago I got a shed from Olympic and the installer they sent put the screws through the troughs instead of the peaks of the corrugated roof and said it was standard because the dob of silicon would prevent leaks. I was more careful about the detail next time.

It can be tricky finding the best deal - do you go with good service but crap product / price? Or Superior product but crap service...hmmm. I got quotes for a steel gazebo recently from Paramount and Roccas. The guy from Paramount was A1, top chap, very honest while the guy from Roccas was rude and a cowboy. Trouble is I was convinced Roccas had the superior product and ended up going with them despite myself. Hmmm...time will tell if I made the right decision.
