Never mind...I thought...I can console myself with one of Magpie's great quizzes.

But there are no quizzes

I shall just have to listen to the Crows game tomorrow instead...unless Magpie can redeem himself

You could have always listened to the RPH broadcast of the North v Dogs game.

Sorry JAS. I missed the hello. I was on the Roost and on here, trying to post NA v CD, St v WWT and keeping up with the Lion, Hawks and Puffs.
All too much and ended up just posting without having the chance to read replys etc.

You have to forgive me and make an allowance for the fact that being a male, I am unable to multitask. And it was 5:30am.

Geez you are a dedicated little princess. Getting up at 5:00 to listen to another game when your own team has the bye.


I hope it was an early get up and not a late get in

Of course you're forgiven I know what it's like trying to post on two forums at once etc and if i can forgive PhilH I can forgive you too.

Yes it was definatly an early get up...can rarely mangage a late get in these days. Living soooooooo close to the sea I have the joy of a seagull dawn chorus at 0430 every morning followed by grass cutter tractors on a links golf course (almost directly behind my apartment) at 0530. Having some footy to get up and listen to is much better than lying in bed wishing for a lottery win or a shotgun Also have the luxury of having opted for early retirement so can live life to whatever time zones I choose...useful when you try to follow some baseball too.

Seriously, if you live for quizzes, there are hundreds of them available online.
Or alternatively, find out why oxygen is a primary cause in our bodies ageing.

Live for quizzes is a bit over the top...I (and a fair few other people) happen to enjoy the ones that Magpie puts on here but thats all and who the hell gets a sudden need to clean stuff...not me. To be honest I don't live for anything...if people start getting that obssessive they probably need help (obviously that doesn't include chocolate or ice cream )
