We use Oracle here, and while its more than a little "clunky" every order we raise, automatically generates an e-mail back to the customer thanking them for the order, and providing an acknowledgement with the details in a pdf format. Same when the order ships.

Recently moved office back to one we used previously from around 2000-212. Previously was a big target for theft (anything left outside would be gone next day). We had trees and plants stolen, ashtrays, they even tried stealing an airconditioning unit. This time around we've put in place much better security with gates, fences, upgraded alarm, security camera's etc.

Bugger me first night we're back in the place and someone's already cracked the roller gate and helped themselves to a security camera. Thieving qunts shit me!!
