Yeah, I can't believe they are around the $3 mark in supermarkets.............cold.

I see a lot of deli's around my area that do the pie and coke deal for around $5

Cause they buy the Coke on special for 65c at Coles

Does this mean if you pay unskilled workers more, you get more out of them?

I think the term unskilled is a load of shit and that's what you're missing. Just because they don't have a trade or degree doesn't make a worker unskilled. Semi-skilled workers, the type of people who assemble the cars you drive so they don't fall the **** a part while you're driving them are a different thing.

Our company deals with CCA, and just received the info on the closure.

CCA are investing $90m in their QLD site alone, while upping production in QLD, NSW, Vic & WA.

SA is now just an unneeded expense.

NBN and Telstra
Since Xmas, had it for 2 weeks, then they disconnected us for 2 weeks.
Reconnected with new NBN box for 2 weeks, then got disconnected for 2 weeks.
Had it working for 15 days, a NBN guy comes over to check it, says it's all good, and that we must have been connected to someone else's connection because we hasn't used any data, and it's all fixed now.
Now today doesn't work again. Said they will come and change the box over in a week or so. FFS if the NBN box was stuffed it wouldn't have worked at all.

Telstra gave me a $1408 bill for the month, I went into one of their stores on Saturday to try and get it sorted finally as I was going to be disconnected on Monday and I was getting nowhere via the phone.
Their salesman seen that I have had over 60 calls in regards to the matter and in the end suggested I threaten them with the ombudsman as he didn't have the authority to fix it and he knows of how many further calls I would need to make to be able to be transferred enough times to be able to speak to someone in a position to be able to fix it.

I love their service once it's up and running, getting there is the problem though.

When my kids say to me the night of their birthday "I have $125 now" I always say "You'll get a massive bag of mixed lollies for that".

The Onkaparainga council.
The CEO who took out a membership at kooyonga that I helped pay for.
The Mayor and several others who have their own interests at heart by covering it up and then voting overwhelmingly against the CEO paying back the sign up $6,000......

Went to put $100 on a multi as the father in law had two trotter running last night, was going to get $8.40 for them.

Ended up only chucking $20 on the multi and stuffed around with each ways and tri's, came out a bit over $200 up but should've stuck to my intiial bet, I got scared seeing the other horses in the field and haven't rated the driver since she returned from having a baby.

I doubt whether I'll see them odds again for the horse.

Because I didn't like the where it was starting from, the driver hasn't gained the full potential out of the horse since they returned and the opposition.

It was a good drive, probably got a little too far back early but took the chocolates in the end.

It's his 4th run since it's spell and it was the first time I've told my brother to have a little dabble, he has Greg Sugars on board on Sunday so I'll be a bit more confident.

Exactly. There goes the incentive for the industries affected to work weekends.

I know that I'd be likely to drop my Sunday shift when this comes into effect.
Politicians kissing babies for good luck,
TV preachers sell salvation for a buck.
