My team is in WA too. It makes going to kids training's interesting but I have to admit, my team is really good, they realise I'm out and things can generally wait.

Been doing that for 15 years through the summer mate. 2 1/2 hours behind and most project managers / site supervisors make their calls either first thing ( so around 9am for me ) or last thing ( so around 7pm for me ).

It's not always manageable to take the calls so sometimes I knock them back*, more often than not though it creates flexi-time working after normal business hours. If, on a Friday I walk out at 2 because I've worked on a Tuesday night for a couple of hours I go guilt free.

Building: A builder been a few times to make safe, board up, prelim assessement etc. Thinking around 5 weeks to fix and we should move out during it. Insurance and builder contractor came yesterday and they were brilliant. Needs an engineer report unfortunately, so that will take around 4 weeks to do then another few weeks to write up. damage has gone through garage, laundry, passage way and into our master bedroom. Going to be a big job.

Contents: Said make sure we claim every single item for contents and they will provide a cash settlement. No receipts needed. Even the laundry fridge has a scratch on the door, she said to claim it anyway. Also said to include food that was spoiled from the freezer that got smashed. Incredibly efficient these days...last time we had to sign our life away on stat decs with no receipts.

For those playing at home...

Car: Been at the repairer for over 3 months...still not ready.
House: Has not started yet although received the scope of works to approve yesterday. Once agreed, 6 weeks until beginning and 12 weeks after that until completion.

Citigroup now owned by NAB

You may have kept the logo but the NAB $hit is very apparent
And don't call me a valued customer when it is very clear I am not

Looks like bye bye Citi and cant wait until your retention people call me..............

Had a WED walking to the train station last Saturday, forced it down, had the water gushes from Largs to Kilkenny :vom:

If this message is received then my phone has survived me throwing it in the street after trying to login to espn footytips. Debacle of an app.

THIS---------------------^

It now appears that, although I couldn't log into my usual name two weeks ago so had to create a new one, my phone logged into the old name instead of the new name this round.

I reckon there's four variations of Jimmy*041 in there

It was much better than the AFL site up to Disney buying it and "improving it" - their words not mine

When you set your alarm for an early start at work (6am) and you set it for 5pm instead of 5am without taking any notice and you wake up at 6.29am trying to work what day it is and if you should be awake or not. FFS, so annoyed at myself.

I did the same in Friday night for golf on Saturday. Was woken by the phone ringing at 7:10 for 7:36 tee off
