That's a cool day at Balaklava. I'll be fine
I'm going to need half a dozen gloves for the round....
Hopefully the Pavilion has plenty of Sports drinks on hand.

Lazy playing partners declared my ball lost and neglected to look down the centre of the fairway.
Scrubbed the hole while my tee shot sat 130m out on the cut stuff.

Was frantically looking in the scrub. The bloke who hit the ball put in loads of effort based on advice from playing partners for ball location. Bloke who hit the ball was blameless in this situation.

Well based on the snap hook from the tee what other assumption were we to make? Everyone else's drive was assumed to be on fairway but in reality one of them monstered it so much that it actually ran off fairway without our knowledge.....

Sunday was an amazing experience. Was very pleased to walk off the course with 35 points. Landing on the practice green instead of the 18th was a tad embarrassing.

We're you aiming there?
Also a handy shot on 7 to land on the green.....your NTP was beaten though by the time we got there....

Just signed up again at Lameroo. First year back playing golf after footy was a priority. No full time golf since 1999 when won the Handicap Championship. Looking forward to the year ahead. Had first round back playing off 17. Very happy with the start. 22 stableford points (39 stroke) on the first 9. Thought this golf stuff was easy. Downhill from there with only 13 points to add to the total on the 2nd 9. Southwark will do that to ya. Good golfing.

Played 9 holes at Regency yesterday as we have Pennants starting Sunday there and geez is that course in good nick. Fairways were outstanding and greens also very good.
Green keepers there should be very proud.
