Not sure if anyone else is watching the coverage this morning?

But I’d like to understand the ruling Jason Day just got the 9th. Pulled his tee shot left, over the cart path and came to rest near what I assume is a temporary fence. Rather than taking 2 club lengths relief from the fence. Th official ruled he could take his 2 club lengths from the cart path!

Possibly line of sight relief but big break right there.

Saturday is Moving Day, and so it proved to be as a few big guns made their move, while some well performed players in the opening rounds stumbled.

Overnight leader Haotong Li carded a 3 over par (73) score, to tumble off the front page of the leader board. Playing partner Tommy Fleetwood didn't fare much better, and while signing for an even par score, he dropped 5 places, to join a log jam of players at -6.

The big mover was Dustin Johnson, who returns tomorrow with a 1 shot lead over the chasing pack. Little know Californian's Cameron Champ & Scott Scheffer are just one shot back. Evergreen Englishman Paul Casey (this scribes best to never win a major) sits within striking distance, along with my man Brooks Koepka.

Having watched practically all of the coverage thus far, the playing times with the leaders beginning their rounds at 7.30am Melbourne time is very friendly. Koepka has been there or thereabouts all 3 days. Hoping he is primed for a big final round, and the putts that have been burning the side of the cup start dropping.

Jason Day is the best placed Aussie going into Sunday, and is just 3 shots behind DJ. Adam Scott had an even round of 70 today to be in a tie for 30th, 7 shots off the pace. You'd be forgiven for not knowing Scotty was even in the field, think I have seen him hit one putt in 3 rounds.

Dustin Johnson -9

Cameron Camp - 8
Scott Scheffler -8

Paul Casey - 7
Brooks Koepka -7
Collin Morikawa -7

Come on big Brooks, get the job done, and some ca$hola into my wallet!

Some good golf on at the moment, DJ has contenders coming at him from everywhere. At one point it was a 6 way tie at the lead. Koepka has imploded.... bugger it!
