Day 1 at the Blitz in Canberra and the 36ers beat Illawarra 104-83. Top scorers for the Sixers were Isaac White with 20 points, Dejan Vasiljevic with 17 points and Flynn Cameron had 16 points and for the Hawks Will Hickey scored 14 points and Dan Grida had 12 points.

In the earlier game Perth beat Melbourne 84-78. Top scorers for the Wildcats were Ben Henshall with 16 points and David Okwera and Dylan Windler each had 12 points and for United MIlton Doyle had 15 points and Jesse Edwards scored 13 points.

Last night at the Blitz Brisbane beat Sydney 100-92. Top scorers for the Bullets were Javon Freeman-Liberty with 27 points and Jaylen Adams with 18 points and for the Kings Tim Soares had 22 points and Keli Leaupepe added 14 points.

In the second game Tasmania beat Cairns 97-95 in OT. Top scorers for the JackJumpers were Bryce Hamilton with 25 points and Josh Bannan with 22 points and for the Taipans Admiral Schofield scored 24 points and Jack McVeigh had 18 points.

A bit of a scare at 36ers training today at the Blitz centre Ben Griscti had the backboard collapse on his head after a teammates dunk and was taken away in an ambulance and is in a stable condition.

Last night the NZ Breakers beat SE Melbourne 109-101. For the Breakers Izaiah Brockington scored 22 points and Sam Mennenga had 20 points and for the Phoenix Jordan Hunter had 21 points and Malique Lewis added 15 points.

In the earlier game Melbourne beat Brisbane 98-60. Top scorers for United were Tyson Walker with 18 points and Finn Delany had 15 points and for the Bullets Tohi Smith-Milner scored 16 points and Jaylen Adams added 10 points.
