My bad I thought if arg won we played them

If we get within 30 of USA I count that as a win

I'm pretty sure if Argentina had have won by a certain amount they would've finished top of their group and we would've been playing them but USA it is.

What does everyone think is an exceptable loss against the Dream Team? For me, anything under 20 will be a good job.

I remember we only lost to them by 10 points at the '04 Olympics and someone said the other day since then there was a game we only lost by 7 points to them although I can't remember that at all.

I agree anything under 20 points would be good as long as we don't lose by more than Nigeria's woeful effort of 83 points it's all good!

Argentina had to win by around 40 for memory so it was never going to happen

Oh okay I thought it was 17 points or something, obviously 40 points was never a chance.

I'll always remember this Boomers vs USA Dream Team warm up game before the '96 Olympics.

Still gives me goose bumps just how unconscious Shane Heal was nailing massive 3's from everywhere just destroying one of the best PG's ever in John Stockton and of course his infamous chest bump on Charles Barkley.

A bit of NBL news today: Townsville have signed their first import for this season in Jason Forte a 6'5" G/F who has been playing in the Philippines and has previously played under Crocs coach Paul Woolpert in the CBA.

The Wollongong Hawks have announced they're re-signed club legend Glen Saville as well as Dave Gruber & Daniel Jackson.

In pre-season games a Melbourne Tigers select team lost overnight to the touring Washingston State University, 75-74 in Kilsyth. New recruit Chris Goulding lead the Tigers with 20 points and young aussie star Brock Motum lead the Cougars with a game-high 21.

They are playing well, its been a good performance so far. Need a little more depth on the bench, Worthington and Newley have not given them much
