Recently named Rookie of the Year Isaac Humphries has told the Sydney Kings he won't be coming back to them next season and instead will play in Europe. He's currently finishing the season in Serbia.

He'd be a chance but hurt himself coming out of college so early. With how Gaze and the Kings used him this season for his development he would be better off in Europe.

The news keeps coming with Illawarra Hawks veteran big man Oscar Forman announcing his retirement after 17 seasons. Forman was a member of the 36ers last championship winning team in 2002 and made over 900 3-pointers in his NBL career which also included some time with the Breakers.

36ers coach Joey Wright has been fined $5,000 by the NBL for his comments about the refs after Game 1 of the GF series last Friday night.

The NZ Breakers have announced two re-signings, Tom Abercrombie has re-signed to a 3 year deal and Shea Ili has also re-signed with the club to a 2 year deal.
