He should do the "right" thing and come home,

He would struggle to get court time at adelaide. One of Australia's most over rated players ever

If Cairns can conjure a win in Melbourne, the Breakers v Wildcats game will be worth watching.

Melbourne United have signed big Chris Patton as a temporary injury replacement for David Andersen. Patton previously played for United from 2014-16 and played for the Cairns Taipans this season as an injury replacement for Nathan Jawai until Jawai's recent return. Andersen will be out for about 3 weeks and Patton will suit against his old team Cairns tonight.

The NBL & Basketball Australia have jointly announced they will be starting a 3 on 3 league called the 3x3 Hustle. 3 on 3 basketball will make it's debut at the 2020 Olympics and the 3x3 Hustle will feature players from street level to the pro level.

The Pro Hustle will consist of 16 men's & women's teams that will be played in April/May this year. It will feature 8 pro teams and 8 teams from the Big Hustle a state based 3 on 3 tournament that will be played in the lead up to the Pro Hustle. There will also be a Street Hustle featuring suburban teams and an Urban Hustle featuring regional teams.

The 3x3 Hustle will have FIBA accreditation with FIBA 3x3 world ranking points up for grabs. Each team will consist of 3 players and one substitute played on a half-court with one basket. The game is a single period of 10 minutes with sudden death at 21 points.

Not sure why the NBL is bothering to get involved in this especially as there is already a 3 on 3 league the CLB playing around the country who have/had FIBA accreditation. It would've made much more sense for the NBL to concentrate on the NBL and leave the 3 on 3 stuff to BA & CLB.

Why is the point guard, Shorter, giving it to others to bring the ball down?
