The 2020-21 NBL season finally starts this Friday night when the 36ers play Melbourne United at the AEC live from 7pm on ESPN & SBS on Demand.

Due to the coronavirus situation and some states locking their borders the NBL are going with a rolling schedule this season every game live on SBS on Demand, some live on ESPN and some live on SBS Viceland.

The Perth Wildcats have completed their roster with the signing of three-time champion Tom Jervis. The 6'11" centre retired from the NBL in 2019 but has still been playing in the WA state league.

The SE Melbourne Phoenix have now completed their roster with the signing of Mike Karena as a temporary injury replacement for Dane Pineau. The 6'10" Kiwi big most recently played for the Nelson Giants in the NZ league and has also played in Spain.

Former Sydney King Jae'Sean Tate playing for Houston in the NBA in his first start today had 13p, 10a, 5r, 2b.
