Yes, allegedly

Next Star Trentyn Flowers was essentially promised the starting PG spot however he's been struggling badly to bring the ball up against pressure defence so it looks as if that experiment might be dissipating. Then we have Mitch McCarron our starting PG last season who struggles to be a PG and now Jason Cadee who is really a SG in a PG's body and we effectively have three PG's none of which are suited in the role.

So yeah, nah.

The Adelaide 36ers are planning to release import Jamaal Franklin, sources told ESPN.

The 36ers made the decision following their 112-80 loss to the Perth Wildcats at the NBL Blitz in the Gold Coast; Franklin finished with 15 points in the contest.

Franklin, 32, joined the 36ers after a season in the Philippines with the Converge FibreXers. Prior to that, the 32-year-old shooting guard spent time with the Shanghai Sharks in the Chinese Basketball Association.

CJ Bruton began the process of looking for a replacement import early on Wednesday morning. The plan is for the team to add more backcourt depth, sources said.

Watched some of our game.

Flowers out to the wing. Suits him better.

BUT. Hitting a three with no dee. Don't celebrate like your the first person this century to do it. I know he's 18 but grow up fast or the men you play against will fix you right up.
