At least we didn’t kick it away every time. I almost threw a tinnie at the TV when Beale just kicked it to them.
Anyone else notice how flat we were standing. It was like every pass was given 1-2m before the defence. Very difficult to penetrate with such a short run up and getting hit as soon as you get the ball.

Maybe we should import some Japanese players so we can get some flair back into our game!
I’d rather watch the blossoms than any other team at the moment

16 of Japan’s current squad are imports.
Our players are better than what our results show. Poorly coached and managed IMO
Need a new coach now as Cheika has quit

Only because the ARU were too gutless to sack the fraud

What a shame :)

Precisely what I said to a mate, I love watching French people f**k up.

That’s the sealer for the Saffers.
Japan were brave but just too undisciplined

NZ in trouble here
Lost Sam Kane before the game
Despite scoring tries at the start of both halves, France are outplaying them everywhere
Not the usual NZ

First time NZ have ever lost a RWC pool game

It’s just so sad seeing the state of Rugby in Australia now and I do t ever think we can get back now.
This current lot is a disgrace to the nation

Oh dear...........

Fortunately, I had a dinner on Sunday night and messed up my alarm clock
Put in 1300 instead of 0100. Glad I did - much better use of my time.

I watched it last night.

18 penalties to 7 - No yellow cards?
It's fueled the bias argument again but maybe Andrew Brace just felt sorry for the Australians

We will do one of two things against Wales:
1. Get smashed
2. Win because it would be too embarrassing coming home so early

Whaever happens, they have to stick with Eddie.
The problem was never going to get fixed quickly

Absolute debacle and the lowest point in the history of Rugby in Australia.
With this latest Jones fiasco he has to be sacked immediately

No-one else around mate
He was always up against it and we may have got out of the Pool with the previous "experienced" team but they were crap as well
There needed to be a big change in direction

He shouldn't have talked it up
We should be working towards the Lions tour

I agreed with Jones at the time but only days ago at the WC just before our all important game with Wales, Jones was caught talking to other clubs about signing with them.
He has a 5 year deal on good money with the Wallabies and during a WC he is talking to Japanese clubs about moving there. That is utterly unacceptable and he should be sacked on the spot

I was going to watch the game tonight so have avoided all media today but a mate of mine, who works in Australian rugby, just told me the same thing you said other than he reckons its Head Coach of the Japan side.
Jones probably thinks he's going to get the push now.

Meanwhile - how good were Ireland!
