Yep I got it, its got a couple of bugs in it but overall for the price its fantastic to be able to record HD TV.

A guy at work lended the new Medal of Honour and I've been playing it over the past 3 days.

It's not bad, basically just the good old MOH game engine that has been given a face lift with new graphics and new modernised missions. It still comes with the same glitches though, especially with the AI. It's quite short aswell, it only has 10 missions that seem to have a been there, done that feel to them. They're very linear, so if you rush through them you won't miss much.

The best part of the game IMO would be that it includes a newer, better and brighter looking
version of one of my all time favourite games, MOH frontline, which is a nice touch.

I bought Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2 yesterday from EB and can't wait to have a crack at it. I was a big fan of the first one and even though it was a little sloppy round the edges, it still was a very solid, enjoyable game. I hope the second one is bigger and better in every way!

ok, so over the weekend (my first full weekend off for a looooooong time) i decided to make a point of playing a stupid amount of NBA 2k11

i'm a 6'7 Athletic SG.
got picked #11 to the Hornets. requested a trade after only 3 or 4 games, got traded to the Lakers. YYYEEEEWWWWWW!!!!

i'm 28 games into my first season. playing 12minute quaters, which is pretty intense, but i love it. i'm averaging....

46.6 points (67% FG, 33% 3pt, 84% FT)
5.0 rebounds
4.6 assists
.8 steals
.9 blocks
3.9 turnovers

on a current streak of 12 games of 40 points or more, including a Lakers record 88 (40/48 FG, which is an NBA record for most feild goals made in a game), and a few 70-odd point games.
would love to pick up my rebounding average, but quite often, even if i've got prime position, Pau and Bynum will just grab the board from behind me, actually pretty frustrating! i couldn't beat Kobe out of the Starting SG position, but he now starts at PG, with Steve Blake coming off the bench (D-Fish was involved in the trade to the Hornets for me)

won the last 5 West Player of the Week Awards, Player of the Month, and obviously also Rookie of the Month.
still not getting a mention in the All-Star voting though! but i assume i'll be voted in on the bench.

was thinking about starting again in a harder setting, but after 28 games (about 20 of them in the last 4 days!), that's about 16hours worth of game time i would be wasting, so i may aswell continue on my dominating way!

one bad thing about the game is my team mates AI. i get double teamed a fair bit, leaving the lane open for cutters, but they just dont cut! i pass it to where they should be going, but most of the time it gets cut off by the opposition. a perfect example of this is when i was 1 assist away from my first (and only so far) triple double. i got 7 turnovers in the last 3 or 4 minutes trying to get that last assist.taking me to 12 turnovers for the game, i did get the assist in the end, meaning i ended up with a quadruple-double!! (29pt, 12reb, 10ast, 12 to)

it is the easiest setting, "pro".

but as i said, i dont wanna start again coz it's sooooo much wasted time! i think i posted on here that when i was dominating the summer camp and draft camp games, i expected it to get harder when i made the NBA, but it didnt really. my first few games my stats were alot more beleivable, like 15pts, 3 reb and a few assists in 10-12 mins on the court. but since i been ripping sh!t up, they just give me more court time, i'm now getting 36mins a game, which obviously allows me to score a helluva lot more!

Had a bit of a decision to make last week. Standing in front of the new releases at JBs there was COD Black Ops (not a huge fan of the series, but they go alright), Medal of Honor (loved them on PSX and PS2) and Fallout New Vegas (got addicted to Fallout 3 last year)...

I could only afford one...so ended up getting Medal of Honor (which comes with MOH Frontline as a bonus)...Love it...its set in Afghanastan and the cutscenes are rediculously awesome!!! Great gameplay and graphics too...

Yesterday I got Fallout New Vegas...and think i might get addicted to this one as well. Its very very similar to the last one, just set somewhere different...I love the missions in these games, because they arent just "find and kill" or run at a group of people and shoot missions. You have to strategise and conserve ammo, need to manage the weight of the ammo and weapons and clothing you carry...great storyline (i LOVE post apocolyptic stuff)

I always say Swap Madden for NCAA Football and you will have more fun. I own NCAA Football 09 on the PS3 and on 360 NCAA Football 10. They are more enjoyable games and you have more fun recruiting, creating, and trying to win the BCS championship. Yes NCAA games can be played on our PS3s just not our 360s.
