Inserting a YouTube clip into a post

Can somebody instruct me (a computer novice) as to how to put a YouTube clip on a post on this site?

When you find the clip you want the URL in the address bar looks something like this;

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VW1ruE0lABI

So, the numbers & letters after the = are the ones you copy therefore VW1ruE0lABI

Put those numbers inside the youtube tags and you'll get this;

The joy of being on the hill drinking beer cannot be understated
