I might go & have a decent look on sat morn, see if the guy will let me have a play with it. I won't be purchasing one yet, I'll probably play with others as well, see which I may have a particular preference for. I guess as long as I don't get screwed on price. A guy I was talking to (customer) said try e-bay, but I I'll pay for the reliability of having a local merchant service it in case of breakdown.

I love ebay but I doubt I'd ever make a "big" purchase on ebay, as you said, its always nice having a local merchant, lot easier to track down too. Smart stuff.

Go in and try a few out punky, the on-screen keyboard has pissed off a lot of people I know. In the office here we all have some kind of pda/smartphone and of the pda users, only one is completely happy with the on-screen keyboard. I use a smartphone myself, with the standard number pad and it does the trick for me (however I have no use for spreadsheets etc, it is more for keeping appointments/contacts together in one spot).

For text entry, there are foldable keyboard options available for when you have a lot of input, but the stylus is good once you get used to it.
