Can someone help with advice regarding clearing cache?

I think that is what it is called. I would like to be know how I can clear my computer so that tracking where I have been on the net is not clear (no sinister purpose just work auditing) I have cleared out my cookies and recycle bin. I have also cleared history through tool options? anything else I need to be aware of?? just obvious stuff... I have been doing no naughties just here, mds, court sentencing etc.. thanks for any responses

Lunchcutter, in IE click Tools---Internet Options---General and under the Temporary Internet Files section click "Delete Files".

In Firefox click Tools---Options---Privacy and there is a section "Private Data".Use the Settings tab to select what you want to delete (it will remember what you select so you don't need to do the settings each time,unless you want to change something) then click "Clear Now".

You could also download ccleaner which is a simple free and popular tool which will do it for you.
