Vuze is just a bittorent client used to download many sorts of formats (be they programs, movies, games, etc).
It depends on exactly what sort of program you want burnt and what format it was downloaded it in (the client makes no difference).
Slightly off topic I was with Azerus/Vuze for years but moved to U-torrent a few months back and am a lot happier, a lot less resource intensive and I get quicker speeds.

If they're just avi's that you want to play later on your pc or a divx enabled dvd player you can burn it as a data disc using any burning program. If you want to convert it to a normal DVD format you will require more sophisticated software and a machine with a bit of grunt.
Another option is to do what I do and jst transfer them to an external hard drive and if you want to watch them on a tv yo can get a nice piece of hardware for about $60 that plugs into your tv and into yor hard drive and plays them directly. Great if you're sick of DVDs cluttering up your cupboards.
