Extracting ISO files

WinIso would work but its not freeware and also WinRAR is supposed to be good, but im having a horrible time using it. Any other ideas?

What format are you trying to extract it from and to?

.ISO to Well im not really sure, its one huge file that will in the end extract to be a program

An iso file is usally one I burn straight to a disc so it works as a movie or PS2 game.
I use Nero.

I use WinRAR most of the time. There's a fair few apps out there for extracting files from the ISO.

Mind you, failing everything - just burn it, then copy the files from the CD/DVD :)

Ive got winRar, but for some reason its not working properly, strange.
